Where the finish work actually happens

Kitchens are usually where a homeowner first notices the difference between a house that was built and a house that was built well. Coffered ceilings, corbels, arched niches and tile detail all take longer to get right than a flat cabinet run, and they are the parts of a house that get looked at every day for as long as you own it.

None of that comes from a single skilled trade working alone. It comes from planning the millwork, the stone and the plumbing together before the walls close, and from someone checking that plan against the finished room rather than against a drawing. That is what project management means on a DV Wise job: one person tracking the schedule and the budget against what was actually agreed, so the finish detail does not get value engineered out under deadline pressure.
