DV Wise, Inc. has been building ground up custom homes since 1962, working out of Sherrills Ford and around Lake Norman and north Charlotte. Tom Wise personally oversees every project, which is one reason the company has stayed close to one region rather than spreading itself across the state. Below are the towns we build in most often, and the smaller communities nearby where we also take on work.

These are smaller communities close to home base, and they do not have a page of their own here for the simple reason that we have not written one yet, not because we do not build there. DV Wise is not a production builder, so we are not trying to cover every county in North Carolina. We build around one lake and the towns around it, and Tom Wise is still the person you talk to no matter which one your land is in.
