You do not need to own land yet to call us. Plenty of people reach out while they are still weighing two or three lots, and that is a good time to talk, since what a lot costs to build on is not the same as what it costs to buy. When you get in touch, Tom Wise is who you hear back from. He will ask about the land, the timeline and what you want the house to do for you, then tell you plainly what is realistic before anything gets scheduled.

This is our mailing address, not a showroom or office you can walk into. DV Wise builds on your land, not a lot of our own, so there is no site to visit until your own build starts.

Sunday: Closed
Once you reach out, Tom calls or emails back himself, not a sales team. If it makes sense, the next step is usually a conversation about the land itself, or a look at the plans if you already have them. Nothing gets scheduled until you say so.
